Michael Ramirez.
My name is Michael Ramirez. I started The Z Shop to get good tools into people’s hands at prices that make sense.
For a long time I sold only to local customers. Marketplace sites limited shipping, took a cut of every sale, and offered no support, so I built my own shop.
When you buy from The Z Shop, you deal with me directly. Questions, shipping, or a problem with an order, I answer it myself.
